“Great location. The cottage was nice and clean. The store is cute. My son enjoyed the farm animals and the play area.

The restaurant is an issue. I booked and made reservations. Then they decided they weren't going to be open for dinner after my confirmed reservation. But I had already booked the cottage so that's ridiculous and irresponsible.

Also they have an employee that goes around and I guess tends to the animals. As he's working he's smoking the whole time which is ridiculous. He shouldn't be allowed to smoke on the property at all, but then should at least have the common sense to put it out immediately when he sees a customer.”

“Have been coming here for 20+ years, the same weekend in December. We were surprised how few customers were eating a 6:00 pm. It used to be packed, what happened?We rent the same large Chalet every year, but there was a last minute problem with the water that wouldn't be resolved by the time we got there. They made arrangements with a nearby competitor of theirs to accommodate us. It was a great facility, but we prefer our usual Chalet!”

“I been to this hotel and I had an amazing experience as it has a very nice sunrise and sunset view from the room with a beautiful view of mountains. In early morning you see clouds near and around mountains that is the best view I had even seen. It is a great family stay. I appreciate the owners of the hotel that that they improved the property with good rooms. I would recommend this hotel for a family stay with quiet atmosphere and very friendly staff.”
