“Toasted these guys before but I must stand corrected: I was given misinformation by a third party's employee when I booked the move back in May. This screw up was not the fault of Maya. That said, while I wish communication had been a bit better on pickup day, the actual moving crews themselves were awesome. Moises & crew picked me up in GA, they were efficient and extra careful in wrapping and loading items. They even reinforced several of my containers that were not in the best shape. On the NC end, Jonathan & crew were some of the most efficient movers I've ever seen. They literally unloaded me between thunderstorms, and nothing got wet. I've unpacked about 95% of my stuff and have not found a single item broken, chipped, cracked or damaged in any way. I couldn't have asked for a better crew. Jonathan kept me informed on progress ( as did Moises), and discovered a few lapses on the part of my prior movers 🙄. Overall despite the hiccups at first, I highly recommend them. Only thing I'd do differently is book directly with Maya rather than any third parties. I must especially thank Alex at Maya who was the utmost professional and gentleman in our conversations despite the F bomb I dropped.”
