“I have had a storage unit for a few months now at this location and have been very happy!
Recently I happened to bump into Amber at the location who was very friendly from the start and asked if everything was ok, and did I need anything or require any assistance.
It so happened that I was lookong for a larger space for my work vehicle and additional store for my inventory. Immediately Amber was able to pull up what was available currently and a unit was readily available pretty much next to my existing unit.
Amber had the unit available and gave me a wonderful rate which will end up not only allowing me to keep my vehicle securely stored but also to consolidate into 1 space!
Amber called me within 10 minutes of me leaving and went through the process to get the new unit.
I am so grateful and happy that we ran into each other. Amber was a breath of fresh air and I feel very taken care of and appreciated as a Public Storage customer! If I could give 6 stars I would!
