“Contacted NetMOVE to move some furniture including a large heavy awkward desk and a credenza from a storage unit to the house we are moving to about 40 minutes away. From my initial conversation with Baylee to the movers I met today, everyone has been fantastic! They were able to accommodate meeting me this morning (a Sunday!!) and got it all done in a couple hours. The movers were amazing. They called when they were on the way and were right on time. They were very careful with the furniture and were great about putting it where it needed to go. They also were reasonably priced. We will need some additional moving help in the months to come and definitely plan on using NetMOVE for that as well. Thank you for making this a painless experience!!”

I cannot say enough good things about Joy's Movers. From start (setting up the move) to finish, this was hands down the best moving experience I have ever had.
The four-man team arrived early, communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and worked efficiently and diligently from the moment they arrived. Christian, the team lead was professional, responsive, and ensured there were no surprises with pricing. The quote I received was exactly what I paid with no hidden fees, no unexpected upcharges.
What impressed me most was the level of care they took with my belongings and both homes. Every piece of furniture was carefully wrapped and protected. My television was securely covered, and all items were transported with great attention to detail. Before they even began, they placed protection under the truck to ensure there were no leaks or damage to my driveway.
At my new home, they went above and beyond. They protected wall corners while moving furniture upstairs, carefully navigated tight spaces, and took extraordinary measures to prevent any damage to walls, floors, or belongings. Every item was placed exactly where I wanted it, and they were always open to directions and suggestions.
I have moved several times over the years, and unfortunately I've experienced scratched furniture, damaged walls, and careless handling from other moving companies. “I just moved from Savannah Georgia to Foley Alabama last week. Prime Relocations handled by move and I could not have been more pleased my circumstances during this move and before for horrendous I had just had breast cancer surgery and lost my husband all in the space of six months I talked with Miss iRS on the phone and she booked my mom move my Packers were absolutely fantastic they never missed a step they were wonderful about packing my antiques my cut glass all of the things that were important to me that I had from this home that I have been in for over 30 years. They move move me on Thursday and delivered my household goods on Saturday in Foley Alabama. The unload was great not anything was broken no boxes were missing everything was taken care of I adopted everyone of those Packers and movers they became like my sons to me miss Iris was wonderful she called all through the move to check on me to make sure that everything was going OK she even called me the day after to make sure that I was all right I will highly highly recommend them to anyone sometimes you have to be nice to get nice and they were wonderful thanks again for taking care of everything for me especially in such a trying time I loveAll of you signed Gloria Schneider”

“I believe the guys name was von. Anyway we had been sent from rental place to rental place for a car dolly told everyone from the main 1800 number had them( they did NOT). Was in GA and the main number was sending us back to Alabama to a U- haul place. Von didn’t have one but looked it up fixed our reservation and gave us directions to the one that did. BIG thank you to him for going above and beyond to help us out. Ended vacation different than we wanted to but headed home now with car in tow. Von you need a raise thanks man”
