“I had emergency situation with a tire today, went To the Douglasville store on Concourse Parkway, which I've used before due to their always exceptional service and today was no different. Today's service person was exceptional, but his professionalism customer service and product delivery in that he did not try to upsell me on anything. He was concerned about my situation and focus completely on getting my car back on the road as soon as possible, which is what happened in at a very fair good price And the service and timing for this was even better. Also, no SHANTAE who was on site leader ship also assisted as she's done before on other calls. I've been there and she helps to make sure things are run white right. I highly recommend going there for any of your automotive needs. They also repaired my brakes for me two months ago and did a really great job at a really good price as well overall excellent customer service and pricing.”

“When I do go to J&T Tires & Wheel everyone is very polite and professional no matter if I am just getting air in my or tire plugged . Stop by J&T Tires last Friday 6-13-25 no appointment . Just needed to get my brakes checked because of the loud noise and an estimate done . Mr. JT check my brakes and went to work on them right away. Save me from doing any more damage to my car. Great price, honest people and no long wait !!! Not too many places will deliver great service like J&T . They are at the top of my list ! Check them out whenever you have car trouble. ?❤️”

“I found this through Google and I was hesitant to go because I wasn’t too familiar with the name of the shop. I was looking for your typical commercial chain, but I wasn’t disappointed. I went in for a cracked exhaust manifold.

“This team was the best to work with. I had pre-purchased a product to be installed on my 2016 Chevy, and apparently I misplaced some fasteners. These Guys had it covered with no problem. Best of all it only took them a couple of hours to install a front hitch receiver. They were also able to tell me a problem with the truck and give a resolution where 2 other shops were not. I've already planned a trip back to them for another upgrade. I can go on but I'll save it for the next review. Ok here's an update... I had a suspension system inspection done by the team at Short Stack Customs and again it was a phenomenal experience. Go by and check them out.”

Someone recommended Bright Star automotive and when I purchased my second vehicle, I took it in and they’ve been my repair shop for my Nissan Altima ever since. Professional staff and great Machanics. I almost know everyone’s name too. lol.”
“I first tried this place in 2019 and have never looked back. As a single women (who sometimes fear automotive service companies may try to take advantage), I can honestly say this place gave me T-H-E best vibes from day one!
I was just there yesterday, but not for any services. I'd recently had an incident with my car and knew something was wrong/ different with the way it was driving. David took a look underneath and immediately spotted the issue. Not only did he explain to me in detail what the problem was, David took the time to provide a website to order the parts I needed, gave me a guesstimate of the parts and labor, AND recommended a couple of nearby service providers.
I left feeling much less anxious and empowered to pursue the repair on my own. David even said that if I need help with anything we went over OR if I don't receive great service from the places he recommended, let him know because he takes his job seriously, especially when he puts his name on the line with referrals.
People...I haven't received that level of top notch customer service in a long, long time. As a customer, I didn't leave there simply satisfied, but delighted!!”

“I needed a pulley on an old generator taken off and put on a newly remanufactured generator I purchased that did not come with the fan belt pulley. It is for a 1963 1/2 Ford Galaxie 500 XL. The auto parts stores could not find this fan belt pulley. Everyone was super nice. The mechanic stopped what he was doing to help me. Everyone in the business was super nice. I was money well spent. I started to do it myself and decided really quickly that I was going to have a problem.”

“Matt is a superstar! I was 3 hours from home and car broke down on the way to a business meeting in Atlanta. W&W just happened to be the closest shop. I called them late on Tuesday afternoon, and Matt happily said 'bring it over, I'll check it out'. He diagnosed quickly, and knowing I was in a bind, worked diligently to get it fixed by the time my meetings were done, so I could pick it up on my way back home.
He even piddled around the shop after closing time, while I waited on my ride, just to make sure I was ok.
Customer Service plus here. Cannot recommend enough. They were fantastic!”

“Called for an appointment. Received one the next day to get new brakes and oil change. Added additional items such as new windshield wipers and new battery for key fob last minute with no issues. I had my little dog with me and they had no issues allowing him to wait inside. I have been taking my car to RPM for years. The staff is so nice and knowledgeable. Especially the gentleman at the front desk. As a single woman I am proud to say how much I trust these experienced technicians with my car.”
