“My heating system is old. Sears has had to come out twice. First to diagnose and order the necessary parts, second to install. They will come again to install another part during the 3rd visit. The techs that are doing the repair are the best!!! Jermaine educated me, is extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable. Thank you Sears for employing techs who have great customer service skills, who know what they are doing and who treat people like family.”

“Brought my phone in with what I thought was a cracked screen. It turns out to be just the screen saver that was cracked. I was fully prepared to pay for a screen replacement with OEM parts. They took the phone into back of house and came back out within a few minutes and told me about it just having a cracked screen protector and replaced it within 5 minutes for 15.00. The point of this whole drawn out story is to highlight the honesty of the staff. They could have easily charged me for a full screen replacement and I would not have known the difference. I highly recommend this company to anyone. Thanks to the Douglasville staff.”
