“I give Quinn 5 stars because of her excellent customer service. She found me the best deal and she also took her time to explain all of my extra benefits. Hats off to her because she is truly amazing.”
“Ivana was so amazing, she gave me the best recommendation. I bought my new phone there and she made me feel special customer. I’ll recommend all my family here!!! Tysm”
“Sarah was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful when selling us new phones and setting them up these new phones. I highly recommend working with her at AT&T store on Hwy 5 in Douglasville, GA”
“Brought my phone in with what I thought was a cracked screen. It turns out to be just the screen saver that was cracked. I was fully prepared to pay for a screen replacement with OEM parts. They took the phone into back of house and came back out within a few minutes and told me about it just having a cracked screen protector and replaced it within 5 minutes for 15.00. The point of this whole drawn out story is to highlight the honesty of the staff. They could have easily charged me for a full screen replacement and I would not have known the difference. I highly recommend this company to anyone. Thanks to the Douglasville staff.”
