“Brought my phone in with what I thought was a cracked screen. It turns out to be just the screen saver that was cracked. I was fully prepared to pay for a screen replacement with OEM parts. They took the phone into back of house and came back out within a few minutes and told me about it just having a cracked screen protector and replaced it within 5 minutes for 15.00. The point of this whole drawn out story is to highlight the honesty of the staff. They could have easily charged me for a full screen replacement and I would not have known the difference.
