“My family has been coming here for years for engagement, wedding, anniversary, and graduation gifts. The staff is pretty great, even when I visit for repairs. We’ve had some hiccups over the years relating to service or maintenance but the team strives to resolve any concerns in an appropriate manner. Great overall.”
“Today I visited the Kay Jewelers at Arbor Place Mall in Douglasville, GA, expecting to have my clover necklace cleaned. My significant other had purchased the necklace and matching earrings for my birthday in February 2026, and I noticed a dark spot on the necklace that I assumed was just dirt.
Unfortunately, I learned that the necklace had actually been damaged by water. I was heartbroken because I truly thought I had ruined such a special gift.
Store Manager Leandra went above and beyond to help me. She explained that getting the necklace wet had caused the damage and that this was something that should have been explained at the time of purchase. She sincerely apologized for the misunderstanding and immediately worked to make things right. She was able to replace my necklace with the same one from the store and sent my damaged necklace to corporate.
I was honestly blown away by the kindness, professionalism, and compassion shown by Leandra and her entire team. I truly expected to leave disappointed and probably crying in my car, but instead I left feeling valued as a customer.
Every time we’ve visited this Kay Jewelers location, the staff has been friendly and welcoming, but today’s experience exceeded all expectations. Because of the exceptional customer service we received, we will continue to trust Kay Jewelers with all of our future jewelry purchases.
