Metro by T-Mobile offers prepaid plans and 5G phones with awesome and extremely nice service. The staff is friendly, sweet, very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful with excellent customer service. Visits can be a quick in and out with no wait, where employees help to the fullest in a professional manner. They assist with problems, phone connections, and purchases without jumping to conclusions. The location has excellent employees who provide great service, making the visit fun and great. Many would highly recommend a visit for mobile phone needs.
I came in today needing to delete some stuff from my old phone. And check on a few things. Sammy was awesome! She knew it all. She is very professional. She knew what all I needed to do and fixed.
