Key professionally explained the process, the trade-in procedure and even assisted my wife and I with modifying our T-MOBILE account for a monthly savings. Today's visit was by far one of my favorite interactions with A T-MOBILE store. Not only did we get a pleasant surprise on the older phones trade-in, we actually reduce our monthly bill, and left the store happy campers.”

“Darryl was very helpful on 8/6/2026 during the day. Then a younger gentleman help out that evening due to Verizon changed my phone number without letting me know. On 08/07/2026 another gentleman tried to help due to the phone number change and he tried his best to help. I had to call tech support and was on hold for 3 hrs. I was to get a call back 24 hours later never received a phone call. 08/08/2026 we went back to the store because we were unable to get a hold of anyone over the phone. The gentleman at the store was very sorry for the inconvenience we had been receiving but he was unable to help us again, due to it was customer service issue and they had to fix it. Finally we got someone over the phone after going thru other ways and now we don’t have any phone service on either phone. So, the store employees did their job but the phone service needed to get our phones up and running properly for the past three days has been very disappointing. Unfortunately we have no way of reaching Verizon to get our phones back up and running unless we go to the store to get a connection to customer service.”
