“Mr. Ignacio did an amazing job repairing the backlights (it had sound, but no picture) on my TV, and his pricing for the fix was very reasonable! He even tested the TV in front of me to ensure it worked before I took it home. It looked even better than the last time it worked! Mr. Ignacio is very polite and knowledgeable. The only knock on my experience is that he can be slow to give callbacks/update, although it seems to be unintentional.”
“I went to a different store and they told me I couldn’t switch to cricket because my account was too old and I couldn’t keep the same number. So I went to veterans memorial store and some new guy was able to get my service switched no problem. He didn’t give up like the other store did he called someone who could help and got my account set up.”
