And for everyone to know just because you make an appointment does not mean that your insurance carrier or your phone carrier is going to pay the claim period this is how they get out of things like that by wearing us out running us around in circles. Make sure that you have your claim already issued and approved.So that these wonderful people here can do their job for you! “Brought my phone in with what I thought was a cracked screen. It turns out to be just the screen saver that was cracked. I was fully prepared to pay for a screen replacement with OEM parts. They took the phone into back of house and came back out within a few minutes and told me about it just having a cracked screen protector and replaced it within 5 minutes for 15.00. The point of this whole drawn out story is to highlight the honesty of the staff. They could have easily charged me for a full screen replacement and I would not have known the difference. I highly recommend this company to anyone. Thanks to the Douglasville staff.”

“Mr. Ignacio did an amazing job repairing the backlights (it had sound, but no picture) on my TV, and his pricing for the fix was very reasonable! He even tested the TV in front of me to ensure it worked before I took it home. It looked even better than the last time it worked! Mr. Ignacio is very polite and knowledgeable. The only knock on my experience is that he can be slow to give callbacks/update, although it seems to be unintentional.”

“I went to a different store and they told me I couldn’t switch to cricket because my account was too old and I couldn’t keep the same number. So I went to veterans memorial store and some new guy was able to get my service switched no problem. He didn’t give up like the other store did he called someone who could help and got my account set up.”
