Overcharged my account and says it's my fault,Luis was totally unaware of what to do to resolve. Please put someone in there that knows what they're doing so this doesn't happen to others!

I had the pleasure to receive customer service with Raul at this location and let me tell you the most patient , diligent warm and articulate sales person. I have ever meet in my lifetime thus far. Raul needs to be in MANAGEMENT he is a quality employee .If I could of given him 10 STARS outstanding .
