“I was plesantly surprised last week when a Micro-Center manager reached out to me. We had a plesant discussion with a truly sincere apology from him on behalf of the store and the company. He offered a very good discount on a higher grade model. I appreciate the gesture but have decided on a different route for my computer going forward. I will likely need some upgraded computer circuitry in the near future and I will be giving them another chance in store.”

“This place is awesome ! Great customer service combines with a great friendly environment. They have a lot of TV's on sale, we purchased a Toshiba 50" LED UHDTV 4K Smart WiFi Build In Fire TV. The store is nicely organized and all items on sale are labeled. The establishment is well equipped with security cameras everywhere, this makes the place of business more secure and personal. Me and the owner John had a great conversation, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. Some TV's have small damages like lines on the screen, the one we purchased it has a vertical line towards the middle of the screen. The line itself is not noticeable unless you're looking for it, this was a great purchase for us since the TV is for the kids room. We recommend this business. “After multiple phone calls and online chats to activate a replacement phone sent to me in the mail, I visited this location extremely frustrated with the level of service. The salesperson (I wish I had asked for his name) was able to activate my phone in less than 5 minutes. Person to person service is invaluable and it seems to be happening less and less these days. Verizon, like most large companies has their whole business model upside down. The hard working employees in the stores deserve more credit and pay for their efforts. Your outsourced chat/phone operators need more training. I would like to thank the gentlemen who activated my phone and helped save a customer. I will visit IN PERSON next time I am ready upgrade.”

“I hadn't been to this store in a long time but Best Buy is on of my favorite electronic stores on side of the Apple store. I had to go over one day to do an exchange on some beats headsets that I had. The exchange was very quick and not problematic at all. All of the staff were wearing masks. I try to go in and do what I need to do and leave. If not I'll start browsing the store just to see what I want to buy next.”
