Noelia, the Assistant Manager, is such a wonderful complement and direct support to Tara’s management as she is so communicative and thorough. I love that she, too, is dedicated and has passion in her line of work. I felt sooooooo at peace when interacting with The Maddox team. Everyone was informative, responsive, and accommodating. The Leasing Specialists were very pleasant to engage with as well. The Maintenance Gentlemen were always hard at work taking great care of the residents and property. ? “Great location near downtown Duluth but can be noisy at times since on two busy streets. Staff is great, especially Marcie who is always helpful, responsive and friendly while being professional. Other staff are great too including Katrin, Emily and Mark. Maintenance staff has always been responsive and fixed any problem.”

“I came to view a 3 bedroom apartment and a girl named Mildred was super nice with me!? The apartment was so spacious and to add to it, I could see Stone Mountain from the patio. It was beautiful. The property looks clean and well maintained. It seems like a quiet and comfortable place to live.”
