“Today we had a member of the maintenance team come and replace a lightbulb in the freezer and fix a loose rail on our balcony. The individual that arrived was very polite and professional. He fixed everything in a timely manner. Thank you so much!”

“Monique was AMAZING! She was so thorough, and took her time with giving me an UNSCHEDULED tour 1 hour before they closed for the day! The complex met and exceeded so many of my barriers, expectations, and they really make it easy for an applicant to not stress financially!”

“My experience at Artisan Station has been absolutely amazing from the very beginning! I first visited the community back in May, even though I wasn’t planning to move for almost four months. Natasha was incredibly welcoming, informative, patient, and easy to speak with about exactly what I was looking for. She, along with leasing agent Passion, went above and beyond throughout the entire process to help me find an apartment that met my needs and make sure everything was in place for my move. One thing I appreciated most was how responsive they were to all of my emails and questions. I never once felt like I was being rushed, pressured, or that I was bothering them, even with such a long period between my initial visit and move-in. I moved in about two weeks ago, and the transition was just as smooth as the leasing process. The apartment was exactly what they told me it would be—and honestly, even better than what I expected. The community itself is very clean, cozy, and well maintained. I’m already thinking ahead to possibly upgrading to a three-bedroom apartment here in the future because I’ve enjoyed the community so much. I also have to recognize the maintenance team. They have been extremely diligent, thorough, and responsive, which has made my experience even better. Sorry that I can't remember the maintenance man's name. However, he was extremely polite and accommodating as well. Overall, Artisan Station has a great team of people who genuinely seem to care about the residents and the experience they provide. Natasha and Passion especially made what could have been a stressful move feel easy and welcoming. I’m very happy with my decision to make Artisan Station my new home!”

“I’d like to share how grateful I am after living here for three years. It’s been a quiet community with comfortable apartments. I’m also thankful for the excellent work of Carlos Sabrica, Duver, and Cristo, the guys from the maintenance team, who always respond quickly and efficiently whenever something is needed. It truly makes a difference and is very much appreciated. Thank you so much for everything!”
