Bought a brand-new 2025 Audi S5 here and the experience has been frustrating. My permanent plates were never processed on time, leaving me with an expiring temp tag, and the car was delivered with a misaligned passenger door. For a premium brand, this level of service and quality control is unacceptable.”

Went back for some work on a new trailer, and they were able to fix my trailers backup camera to stay on while driving so I can see if someone is tailgaiting and also replced the tongue jack. “Great experience with Duluth Auto & Body. I hit an object on the road, cracking the bottom of my bumper and damaging the grill. I could either run this through auto insurance or pay out of pocket. Rates are already high enough, so I chose to pay out of pocket. I went to a few larger, more well-known auto body shops, and they all wanted to replace the bumper and charge other diagnostic fees, which was very costly. Duluth Auto & Body was able to patch the bumper and make it look like new! They also detailed the car interior and exterior. The final cost came out under my insurance deductible!
I highly recommend them. They don’t have a shiny new building, but they make up for it in customer service, honesty and craftsmanship.”
