My permanent plates were never processed on time, leaving me with an expiring temp tag, and the car was delivered with a misaligned passenger door. For a premium brand, this level of service and quality control is unacceptable.”

Went back for some work on a new trailer, and they were able to fix my trailers backup camera to stay on while driving so I can see if someone is tailgaiting and also replced the tongue jack. Very helpful. I would highly recommend if you have any issues or questions regarding anything to do with trailers, towing, or hitches. Very quick and very reasonabley priced!!!”

“Great experience with Duluth Auto & Body. I hit an object on the road, cracking the bottom of my bumper and damaging the grill. I could either run this through auto insurance or pay out of pocket. Rates are already high enough, so I chose to pay out of pocket. I went to a few larger, more well-known auto body shops, and they all wanted to replace the bumper and charge other diagnostic fees, which was very costly. Duluth Auto & Body was able to patch the bumper and make it look like new! They also detailed the car interior and exterior. The final cost came out under my insurance deductible!
I highly recommend them. They don’t have a shiny new building, but they make up for it in customer service, honesty and craftsmanship.”
