“This is the second time I’ve used Friendship Paint and Body, and once again, I am extremely impressed! Their kindness, professionalism, and dedication to excellence truly set them apart. The work they performed on my vehicle is amazing, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. A special thank you to Bryce, who was wonderful to work with. He kept me informed and updated throughout the entire process, answered my questions, and made sure I always knew what was happening with my vehicle. It’s refreshing to work with a company that not only does excellent work but also genuinely cares about its customers. After two great experiences, I would absolutely recommend Friendship Paint and Body to anyone looking for quality work and outstanding customer service!”

“If I can only rate them 7 stars!! I brought my vehicle to this shop for an evaluation after damage. They provided a very detailed and transparent estimate, including clear photo documentation and a breakdown of all anticipated charges. The pricing was reasonable and the explanation of the repair scope was thorough and easy to understand. At no point did they pressure me to proceed with the repairs. Once it became clear that I was paying out of pocket rather than through insurance, they were candid about the total cost relative to the vehicle’s value and agreed it may not be the most practical option. They supported me in taking time to explore alternatives, including selling the vehicle as-is. Throughout this process, they were extremely patient and accommodating. They allowed the vehicle to remain on their lot while I arranged a buyer, and ultimately did not charge me for storage or evaluation. Despite investing time and effort into the assessment, they remained professional and helpful from start to finish. Overall, this was a straightforward, honest experience with a family-owned shop, and the experience reflects that. Communication was direct and respectful throughout, and there is a clear emphasis on building trust rather than pushing for quick decisions..”

“I can’t say enough good things about Gwinnett Collision Center in Suwanee. After dealing with car damage, the last thing you want is stress or confusion, and Leo made the whole experience easy. Leo, the owner, is one of the most honest people I’ve met in this business. He took the time to explain what actually needed to be fixed (and what didn’t), gave me a fair price, and stuck to his word. No upselling, no excuses, no surprises. The work itself was top-notch. My car came back looking great, and you’d never know it had been in an accident. Turnaround time was reasonable, communication was solid, and I always felt like my car was in good hands. It’s rare to find a body shop you can truly trust, but this is one of them. If you’re in or around Suwanee and need collision repair, I’d absolutely recommend Gwinnett Collision Center — ask for Leo.”

“Kizhon, G. was very polite and patient with me yesterday when I went to get all 4 tires replaced on my 2010 Toyota Prius. I also needed all 3 of my windshield wipers replaced. He took his time explaining to me their tire lifetime guaranty. He did a professional job on my car. SUGGESTION TO WALMART AUTO CARE MANAGEMENT: Make sure you inform your clients about exact prices BEFORE check out. I was not aware they charge a fee for keeping the old tires, SMH🥸”
