“I applied for a personal loan on line I got approved and was told to just come to the bank to sign the peppers and that was it, the day of my appointment wich I thought it was just to sign the papers I was told that I was supposed to drop off before that day some papers but when they called me to let me know I just need to go and sign the peppers they never mentioned that so i told Sara Eunjoo that I didn't know and that I took time off from work to stop by and sign the peppers and also the closest PNC to me it was 40 minutes very politely she replied let me call and see what I can do. She not only called she took the time to do everything possible to help me sign the peppers and get the loan. So this 5 ⭐ is for SARA EUNJOO thank you very much for your help. “A big shout-out to branch manager Olivier and the team at PNC! I recently visited the branch to purchase some foreign currency. Because of a technical issue at first, followed by my own misunderstanding of the process, my order ended up being placed when I actually needed to cancel it. I thought I'd have to drive an hour back to the branch just to take care of it. After I spoke with Olivier, he was incredibly patient, understanding, and willing to help. He went the extra mile to resolve the issue for me and saved me a long round trip to cancel the purchase in person. I know it must took extra time and effort on his part, and I truly appreciate his kindness and professionalism. Many thanks to Olivier and the wonderful staff at PNC for making a stressful situation so much easier. Great customer service like this really stands out!”

“I wanted to take a moment to express how pleased I have been with the Fidelity Alpharetta branch and with Fidelity overall. I’m writing this review after noticing a few negative comments, which I feel compelled to balance out because my experience has been the complete opposite.
I’ve been a Fidelity customer for over 20 years and have consistently received quick and professional support whenever I’ve called their customer service team. I probably call fewer than 10 times a year, but without exception, the assistance I’ve received has been excellent.
Regarding the Alpharetta branch specifically, my advisor, Dave Hutchings, has been outstanding. I’ve worked with him for over seven years, and he has always been responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on looking out for my best interests.
I highly recommend Fidelity and the Alpharetta branch—my experience has been nothing short of exceptional.”
