“I have some building plans printed and they sent me to another location which was fine. Problem is you couldn't read the plans when they were printed. They didn't even tell me when I picked them up. They wont give me my 55 dollars back. Said it was my fault. I sent the same email attached plans to another ups location and they printed just fine and it cost me 34 instead of 55.
I got a phone call today and the UPS store realized their mistake and will credit me back all of my money.”

“I was skeptical about this place at first because of the reviews and also the place isn't the nicest looking but I needed to get my fingerprints scanned and I had already gone to 3 other postals and called many more. There was many people there especially considering it was a weekday but I was only there for 15 minutes and I was done. The check in process was easy, all I had to do was put in my information in a little computer. And then I waited for the lady working to call my name. I didn't have an ID but she accepted my passport. The scanning process was super easy and I finished very fast. I personally thought this place was great and my results came back super fast. My job had emailed me that my results came back a few hours after I went. Idk if it helps but I got it for gaps gemalto.”
