“This review is for Rachael and Natalia! I printed my wedding programs at this location. There were several issues with the layout. Instead of printing them and leaving them as is, Rachael called me, let me know what the issue was AND went so far as to send me photos of what the corrected copies would look like. I was so stunned to see that she cared just that much! It's rare that we see someone this passionate about what they are doing for others.
Later in the day, I realized that my fiancés name was spelled incorrectly in certain areas. Without hesitation, Natalia told me to resend it, and they would correct it. I wanted to cry. This simple act of kindness goes a long way. May the kindness they showed me multiply in their lives 1000's. May they never lack helpers, may all their prayers be answered.”
“I visited this store because of the surly attitude I endured at your Johns Creek, GA location. I went in there to make the same print order but the person helping me was short, seemed agitated by my need to make a single 'test' print before needing to make adjustments. I went back today to the Johns Creek location and was told I would need to come back after lunch as there was only one person working. That is when I left to go to your location on 3370 Lawrenceville Suwanee Road, Suwanee, GA. Thanks to team member Aniya, my experience was stellar! She was patient, very helpful and, in my opinion, went far above and beyond the 'service' I received at the Johns Creek location.Kudos to Aniya FedEx...she makes your company better!”

“I would love to share my experience, which was helped by the staff named ALEX ??♥️ He was soooo sweet and super kind and was never reluctant to help customers over the phone! He had big patience and good understanding for non- native speakers and also very polite.
In fact, I was supposed to get one ice cooler from a person named HUNTER. The sender just sent me the prove shot that shows he seemed to send the my ice cooler but without tracking number. My family so far even went to in person several times to see whether it had been arrived but it was not there. So, instead, we just decided to check over the phone. Today Alex, even though I had no tracking number, he willingfully bothered checking all items he had there just under my name. Although it was not there AGAIN, I did appreciate his kind efforts very much. Alex is always considerate for customers and we love him. Thank you for your service?♥️ We will use this store with affection as always!”
“I came in to drop off a package. There is a sign on the door saying masks are required and that they will limit the number of people inside. There are also places on the floor indicating how far apart you should be standing. I was greeted when I walked in. The young lady working was serving the customer in front of me. I was dropping off a Covid home Test that my employer had me take. She saw what type of package I was dropping off and instructed me to put it in the drop box in the corner. She was helpful and professional. I can only speak of my experience and it was a positive one.”
“My daughter's birthday party required very last minute invites and we found out she needed physical invites in order to invite classmates. I ordered in person on a Monday afternoon (3:30pm) and just hoped somehow they'd be done in time so my daughter could take them to school the following day, but realized that was an unfair expectation given it was already 3:30 and they close at 7.
Well Annette who took my order and Deja who printed them KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK. Not only did they have it ready by 5:30, the invitations looked fantastic (always hard to tell when you submit a proof how good the quality will be once printed). My daughter was blown away and so grateful. Thank you Annette and Deja; you all saved the day!”

“The owner is super nice and I’ve been here for 2yrs now, the service is always good. Owner and staff are very friendly when I come to drop off Amazon returns and he let me borrowed carts too 🥹so grateful. Good AC inside for hot summer weather. And always tell you “ have a good day” when you leave！ They have a drop off machine so you can return or drop off packages quickly.”
