“I had a great experience at Discount Tire in Duluth, GA. A knowledgeable neighbor recommended this location and told me that I could book an appointment in advance, which made everything much easier.
From the moment I arrived, Javier was welcoming and helpful. He explained that tires generally have a lifespan of up to 10 years and clearly showed me the purchasing options available from their in-stock selection. I had already chosen Discount Tire after reading positive Google reviews, and my experience absolutely lived up to them.
Instead of waiting at the store, I was able to use the time to get a pedicure at a nearby place I had planned to visit the next day—and I found another great local spot I will definitely return to!
The team also addressed an additional issue with my tire sensors. That evening, Alex, the manager, called me personally. He was polite, kind, and took the time to explain the sensor situation. The next day, when I returned, Alex even came out to the car with me because I wanted to make sure all the buttons matched—yes, I am a person who notices the details and likes to understand everything! He surprised me by telling me that, after our conversation the day before, he had already decided to take care of the sensor service at no charge.
So, in addition to amazing customer service, I received a helpful discount. I left feeling respected, informed, and genuinely well taken care of. Highly recommend Javier, Alex, and the entire Discount Tire Duluth team!”

“I had a nail in my tire that needed to be fixed urgently because it was losing air fast. At first I had went to Tires Plus up the street, but was told I have to wait up to 6 hours before it could be fixed. Went down the street to Los Compadres and they took out the nail and fixed it in less than a minute. Quick job and effective. Great service.”
