Best Buy is a store for electronics and appliances. Customers describe experiences with both excellent and poor customer service. Many reviews highlight specific, knowledgeable, and friendly staff members who provide fantastic, exceptional, and phenomenal assistance. These employees are noted for being patient, thorough, and great multitaskers, helping customers find products like laptops, sound systems, and instant pots within their budget, often leaving them with better options than planned. The store itself is described as very organized, with solid customer service, easy parking, and check out. A past process required scheduling appointments for entry, with staff managing store capacity and taking precautions like using masks and gloves. However, one significant criticism involves Best Buy not honoring a warranty on a purchased laptop, with the customer advised to pay for a repair despite the manufacturer's direction. This leads to the feedback that Best Buy does not support what they sell. Overall, while many employees provide top tier customer service, experiences with warranty support can be very negative.
I was quite disappointed by Best Buy. I went in to buy ink for a laser printer I had bought there. It was very hard to get any help. When I finally got help, the help was not very helpful. I also noticed that Best Buy did not carry much ink anymore. It turns out they didn't have any for my printer.

Just bought the Osmo Pcket 3 from Ricky Brown at the Kennesaw location. He was very helpful and offered great insight based on his general research of the latest tech gadgets. I would return there again.

The selection of electronics is good, but you may have to be assertive to get the assistance of a store clerk. It certainly appears they do not work on commission. No one wanted to help me buy an $800 computer.
