I paid 486 with taxes for a Lenovo ThinkPad T470s core i5, 8gb, 250ssd touchscreen windows 10 and am so very satisfied! The laptop feels essentially new. It's used and from a corporate company with the innards replaced! So satisfied with the customer service as well! The 2 gentlemen let me play with the laptop and let me see if I could do everything that I needed for school. I am so thankful for this place and I definitely recommend!”

“We went in with an appointment for my daughters AirPods that were not working. When we first walked in it was really busy. It was a Tuesday at 6pm. There were many Apple employees but no one greeted us or directed us on where to sign or get help. I saw an Apple guy standing at the back of the store at a small stand so I walked up to him and asked where do we sign in. He was not very pleasant but got us signed it. We did not have to wait long before another Apple rep called our name. I wish I got her name, she was very pleasant and very informative about what she was going to do for us in testing the Air Pods to see what the problem is. After she took them in the back and tested them, she came out with 2 brand new buds as my daughters buds failed the test and they are still under warranty, only 5mos old. She set us up for the new Air buds and instructed what we needed to do and we were done. I think we spend 30mins there. Not bad! To find out if your AirPods are still under warrant, Go to the setting on your device, then click on Bluetooth, select the AirPods listed as connected to your device, scroll to the bottom and click on Limited Warranty. Here you will see the expiration date and you can chat with an Apple rep or bot from your phone. My daughter is 14 and she did the chat herself and schedule the appointment for us straight from the Chat.I gave 4 Stars due to no direction when you first walk into the store and the unpleasantness of the guy we signed in with.”

“I visited the Apple Store at Cumberland Mall on Friday, 1/5/24 to trade my iPad (7th generation - 32GB) in for a 9th generation - 256GB; I just needed more storage and prefer having a button on my iPad. I had to come to Google and write a review because I had a smile on my face throughout my entire experience. I was helped within a few minutes of entering the incredibly busy store. During my brief wait time, I browsed the variety of iPads and MacBooks. I was helped and thoroughly entertained by Denzel (Tuskegee University alum). He helped me with my iPad selection and made my trade-in process a BREEZE! I enjoyed my time in the Apple Store so much that I stayed for a photography class (led by Joe) as my new device updated to the latest iOS and my iCloud data transferred. I enjoyed their amazing customer service and overall positive energy. The Apple Store staff made my time spent on a Friday evening worthwhile. And s/o to the Apple employee who encouraged me to open my new iPad. Thanks y'all!”

“I knew the make/model of the refrigerator I wanted to buy and came here to purchase it after having two previous failed deliveries of same item from two different companies. Didn't see any salespeople on the floor, but there was prominent signage instructing customers to scan icon on said sign in order to request help. Before I was even finished with the process someone came to help. The salesperson, Hakim, processed my order, set up my delivery and I was on my way within 15 minutes. I ordered the refrigerator on Friday afternoon and it was delivered the following Monday -- delivery time estimated between 12-4 and the delivery team actually arrived early and had the old refrigerator out and the new in and installed by 12:15. The delivery was seamless. My first two attempts at getting someone to deliver the same refrigerator (two different companies) were AWFUL. The first company damaged my walls and my hardwood stairs and floors and dropped the refrigerator causing so much damage that it had to be scrapped. The second company I ordered from showed up to deliver, looked around, and reported they couldn't deliver it with two men and would have to reschedule with four men (reschedule would take an additional four weeks). Best Buy's third party delivery source was on time, professional, efficient and knowledgeable.”
