“I just had the absolute best, and life saving experience! I am traveling, broke my phone, and could not use my GPS or make calls.
Then, after filing the claim with Asurion, waiting 3hrs for repaired, there was a mistake on the claim so I needed to call the insurer.
The store let me use the phone and assisted me with navigating customer service to get the error resolved and repair the phone in record time. Thank God, and this team at UbreakIfix!”

“Went in to get the back of my iPhone 14 fixed. I initially called a week prior for pricing on my exact phone and was quoted a reasonable price. I went inside the store a week after calling to pay half for the service in which I was able to do in order for them to order the part, however, the guy in the front was very adamant about not fixing my phone for the quoted price. He asked me when did I call because in his words “this may not have been the correct store I spoke with” so he literally asked for proof of me calling in which I showed him. He then still did not acknowledge the price. Not until I told him the actual model of my phone. Then he goes “oh you have a 16, sorry about that”— well being that you fix phones everyday you should’ve probably asked instead of assuming I had the model you thought I had. I felt like he was determined not to honor the price I was quoted until I told him the model of my phone. I’m not sure why he didn’t ask in the beginning, just for clarification. Nevertheless, my phone was fixed in a timely matter, I just didn’t appreciate the push off vibe that was given to me. Didn’t anticipate that after having a welcoming over-the-phone conversation the previous week. I trust the repair process was worth it.”

“Wonderful service! Fast, affordable, and great customer service. I arrived just about 20 minutes before they close because I had trouble locating the shop an couldn't get them on the phone (I wasn't aware it was located inside of H Mart). Even though they were closing soon, he fixed my cell phone within those 20 minutes and was very pleasant. I highly recommend them to anyone I know!”

“As usual, I had a fantastic experience at batteries plus. The folks that work at the Decatur location are always very kind. On this particular day, a gentleman named Isaac assisted me very well in replacing some very old fluorescent bulbs for my garage. I told him I wanted the brightest ones available and he did some research and came out with some that were even better than the ones he had first recommended. “Got there for an Amazon pickup as we were staying here from out of town. No one was there but I called the business and it redirected to someone’s phone number who didn’t answer but shot me a prompt text setting up a new time to pickup my items. Very friendly interaction and when I did pick up he was engaged with a customer but addressed me quickly and got me on my way. Seems like a well run place.”
“Loving everything about my tuned-up, cleaned-up 70s Pioneer receiver which I hadn't used in years, and I missed it so.
