“First time visiting this location and while the layout is different than my normal one it's not for the bad because there's so much more and so well organized and there's actually people that don't mind stopping to ask you if you're doing okay and being outside if they're not sure about the particular item but will ask or research how they can make it happen for you, I wish I would have got that associate's name but I believe it was Jasmine or Justine”

“I went Christmas shopping and Michaels didn't have any carts or baskets. I was walking around with twigs that were sticking to me in all, lights, floral wire you name it. The service was great because an employee saw me with all these items and decided to give me a big shopping bag to use to continue shopping in 1 piece. Value of the items were really good.”
