“I came in today a little discouraged because I just left the ATT store at Stonecrest. The rep I ask to show me how to transfer my info to my new phone said she did not know how and I would have to call ATT then she looked bacj on her phone. So I decided to try the ATT store near my home(4516 Chamblee Dunwoody Rd.) I am glad I did. The rep Jade was AWESOME! She showed me how and she allowed me to stay at the store while it transferred everything over. She answered any and all questions that I had. She was very patience with me and she was great at her job. This is the type of customer service that should be displayed in ALL of your stores.”
“Very honest! I went in believing I had cracked my screen. When I return to pick the device the representative stated, I did not crack the screen. It was the manufacturer screen that took the impact. She could have told me she replaced it and I wouldn't have known! I appreciate the honesty and not charging me for something I did not need. Thank you!”

“Went in to get the back of my iPhone 14 fixed. I initially called a week prior for pricing on my exact phone and was quoted a reasonable price. I went inside the store a week after calling to pay half for the service in which I was able to do in order for them to order the part, however, the guy in the front was very adamant about not fixing my phone for the quoted price. He asked me when did I call because in his words “this may not have been the correct store I spoke with” so he literally asked for proof of me calling in which I showed him. He then still did not acknowledge the price. Not until I told him the actual model of my phone. Then he goes “oh you have a 16, sorry about that”— well being that you fix phones everyday you should’ve probably asked instead of assuming I had the model you thought I had. I felt like he was determined not to honor the price I was quoted until I told him the model of my phone. I’m not sure why he didn’t ask in the beginning, just for clarification. Nevertheless, my phone was fixed in a timely matter, I just didn’t appreciate the push off vibe that was given to me. Didn’t anticipate that after having a welcoming over-the-phone conversation the previous week. I trust the repair process was worth it.”
