“I absolutely love this location and Mona the instructor and Christie the Owner are so welcoming Everyone is always so nice and encouraging I look forward to the variety of classes and even want to go on Sundays! It was so challenging but very rewarding. My entire body is the most sore I've ever been in my life though However, I have a lot of lingo to learn and definitely need to practice my poses. Would highly recommend not just for a good workout but have made really good friends going too! Thanks so much Mona and Christine- I recommend this studio to everyone!”
