    “Donnie at BJ’s went above and beyond to help me during a stressful situation. My tire blew out, and I had to leave my car overnight. When I called the next morning, he personally went outside to inspect my tires and check whether they had the correct replacement in stock. When I arrived to drop off my keys, he started working on my car immediately and had everything finished in about 45 minutes! Donnie was kind, professional, and incredibly helpful when I needed it most. This was truly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you, Donnie!”

On May 29, the retailer said its 30-minute-or-less delivery had reached 33 U.S. markets, adding a wave of new cities across the Northeast.
