“I live half way between the Pig in Ellaville and stores in Americus. I would much rather make the drive to the Pig. The meat is fresh and our family can tell when its "pig meat" or from a national retailer. The isles are clear and you don't have to work around pallets of items being restocked. The folks are helpful and friendly. They offer self check out but its optional you can still get service by friendly local folks. One thing no one can deny is how much they give back to the local school system and invest in the kids they are always quick to help when asked.”
