“Kudos for Outstanding Customer Service from Mrs. Jackie Theme
I would like to take a moment to recognize Mrs. Jackie Theme for providing impeccable customer service at the branch located at 3012 Anvilblock Rd, Ellenwood, GA 30294.
During a previous visit to this location, my experience was unfortunately unpleasant and unwelcoming due to an interaction with a teller who was unkind and unfriendly. I had gone to the branch to make a payment on my car note through a shared branch and to open an account with Associated Credit Union. However, the teller’s rude demeanor left me so upset that I walked out without completing my transaction.
Because I was pressed for time and needed to make my car payment that same day, I reluctantly returned to the branch. I am truly grateful that Mrs. Jackie Theme was at the counter during my return visit. She provided exceptional, model-worthy customer service with outstanding professionalism, positive energy, and a warm spirit. She was very kind, took the time to speak with me, and politely asked clarifying questions to ensure everything was handled correctly.
Mrs. Jackie Theme completely restored my confidence in this branch, and her service deserves recognition. She was so great that I asked her for her name just so that I could provide a great review and giver the recognition that she deserves. Thank you for employing someone who truly understands the value of excellent customer care.

“We received outstanding customer service at the Ameris Bank – Stockbridge branch. There was a bit of confusion/misunderstanding during our initial visit to the branch but we decided to go back the same day and give it one more try. We did attempt to open accounts at two other financial institutions but kind of knew that Ameris is where we really wanted to be. We sat down with Mr. Jerry Mays and opened our business account. He apologized for the issues prior. Mr. Mays took his time and made sure that he answered all of the questions we had. He was very polite and thanked us for our time. Mr. Mays also stayed in touch with us throughout the online enrollment process which was very helpful. Good help is hard to find these days and Mr. Mays made our long hunt for a business account worthwhile. We greatly appreciate his dedication, time and attention to detail.”

I recently leased a vehicle, which I regret, and tried to get out of the lease early on. I worked with Ms. Yolanda and she provided support and guidance. I listened to her recommendations and followed up a year later. Ms. Yolanda was still ready to support. I was able to buy out my lease with a cheaper monthly payment. We communicated via email and I went to the office to sign papers. The process was quick and easy with Ms. Yolanda communicating quickly and consistently throughout. “I have had a love/hate with this bank over the years. Most of the time I love them but they closed the branch closest to me due to road construction and have made no effort to reopen a branch in McDonough. I need a new debit card to replace my damaged one. Other than physically going to the branch in Stockbridge, there is no way to get one. You have to call but the head office says it takes 10 business days so if you want something different go to the local branch. Tried to call the local branch but the mailbox is full and no one answers the phone. Pretty bad look.
Update: I just had Stacy call me from the local branch. Very sweet lady and she explained what happened with the mailbox and she worked my issue out for me. As I said before, most of the time I love this bank and Stacy came through for them. Thank you so much.”
“Every time I come to this branch everyone is helpful and polite. I've used the drive thru, the inside tellers, their notary services, all great. I had a scare a couple years ago when someone stole my identity and cleaned out my account and they made everything right. I've banked with them for years and intend to do so for many more. “I must say the staff at the ellenwood location is the best and Anne is always helpful and smiling although I don’t know why they keep moving the managers as soon as you get used to them, they move them but overall great experience ever time”
