“Customer service is great when I go. My only wish is that they would consider that their hours do not serve the working public. I cannot make it to you before or after work Monday through Thursday. The only day available is Friday for in person services. It would even help if you extended the hours to at least 430pm during the week. I guess we are only servicing the retired? I have been a member over 20 years.”
