“It saddens my heart to see the current state of the store, I’ve been shopping here from the opening of the store and to see it die in such a way is heartbreaking. By no means do I blame the children who are running the store because they have been running themselves into the ground trying to keep a dying store alive. For months I saw all of 3-4 different employees at the store no matter the time or the day, the same children from open to close day after day working their hardest to run a store with no help, support, or guidance from upper management and the dollar tree company itself. For them to have been abandoned by their store manager and left to run the entire store on their own is absolutely unacceptable and the dollar tree company should be beyond ashamed. But they don’t let that show they always welcome everyone in with a smile and are quick to help. I hope they all abandon the store the way the company abandoned them.”
“I travel over 25 minutes just to come to this family store in Ellenwood, and it's all because of the amazing service I get here. I want to give a special shout-out to the Assistant Store Manager, Ms. Tee. She is so sweet, helpful, and full of positive energy—she lights up the whole room!
Since she started working here, the store has completely changed for the better. Before Ms. Tee came, the store was really unkempt, but now it’s clean and welcoming. I actually look forward to coming in, and I find myself shopping here more often.
Ms. Tee is a great example for young people—her work ethic, attitude, and spirit are something to look up to. I’d encourage any young person to follow in her footsteps!”

She went above and beyond to help my Mom who was visiting from Boston she misplaced her ID and began to panicked Denise assured her everything would be ok, but she had to stay calm.
