“The day I found Kendrick's Paint & Body I was in a bit of a panic. My daughter car window fell off track and she had just started a new job working overnight. It was Friday at 4:45pm, I call six other body shops, car dealers, and I decided to call one more shop and that's when I found Kendrick's in Evan's, GA. “I came in the morning and they said they could see me in the afternoon. When I came back later the customer service was awesome. They inspected my tires and found a small leak around the valve stem. The Technician made the repair quickly. Inwas back on the road in no time.

“The only reason I can not give 5 stars is because the up charge on the cabin air filter that needs no tools to replace. This is a $12 part and I was charged $50 to replace it. It is about as difficult to change the batteries in your remote as it is to replace the cabin air filter. Of course the price was never disclosed until after the services were rendered. It’s absolutely ridiculous and arrogant for a business to up charge customers like that.
Today I simply went for an oil change and nothing else. Makynzi was the technician who worked on my car. She was professional and explained everything to me. I was happy with the service but an oil change is the only thing I’ll allow them to my car. I will say despite the business ripping me off on the cabin air filter Makynzi was amazing and I’ll return solely because of her professionalism and customer service.”
