“I was having a rough start to my work day when I realized my car was totally dead in the parking lot of Walmart market. I walked over to O'Reilly's next door and thank God I was helped by Matthew! He was wonderful! He walked a charge box over and jumped my vehicle, then he tested the alternator after we replaced the battery. I'm thankful for him and if I ran a company, he is someone I would want to represent it! Matthew, thank you for being a breath of fresh air in humanity.”

“SHAY BROOKS at the Deans Bridge O'Reilly's is awesome! I went into the store needing a fastener for an underbody panel. Ms. Brooks actually came out to my car and got down on the ground with me to take a look at the issue. She found the exact fastener that I needed and for less than $6 I was back on the road! She was so professional, polite, and friendly!”

“The customer service is phenomenal. I told the lady I would not be purchasing a battery even if the current battery tested bad because I have no budget for it, and she still tested my battery. Not only that, but she pointed out that a competitor auto parts store sells the battery I have so check that store first to find out if it is covered under warranty. I consider this honest, above and beyond service and greatly appreciate it. I was already a customer and fan of this store due to excellent customer service I’ve received in the past, and this just absolutely confirms it for me. I actually get parts from both stores because of great customer service. She was very helpful and kind. People like her make the community better and get more business for the store where they work. Thank you so much!”
