“Needed a replacement key fob. They special-ordered one for me, gave me an appointment for when it would be ready, and it was a hassle-free experience. Great customer service!”

“I was having a rough start to my work day when I realized my car was totally dead in the parking lot of Walmart market. I walked over to O'Reilly's next door and thank God I was helped by Matthew! He was wonderful! He walked a charge box over and jumped my vehicle, then he tested the alternator after we replaced the battery. I'm thankful for him and if I ran a company, he is someone I would want to represent it! Matthew, thank you for being a breath of fresh air in humanity.”
