Ms. Brooks actually came out to my car and got down on the ground with me to take a look at the issue. She found the exact fastener that I needed and for less than $6 I was back on the road! “The customer service is phenomenal. I told the lady I would not be purchasing a battery even if the current battery tested bad because I have no budget for it, and she still tested my battery. Not only that, but she pointed out that a competitor auto parts store sells the battery I have so check that store first to find out if it is covered under warranty. I consider this honest, above and beyond service and greatly appreciate it. I was already a customer and fan of this store due to excellent customer service I’ve received in the past, and this just absolutely confirms it for me.
