“I discovered the cellular data feature on my iPad conveniently stopped working while I was at the airport. Before making my connecting flight I sat on the phone with Verizon's tech support and it was the most frustrating experience ever. Instead of listening to my issue the gentleman insisted on taking me through a series of loosely related troubleshooting actions ( I get it he had to.. it was still frustrating). He then transfers me to a "tier two" tech support member who ended up NOT being tier two and took me through the same exact steps. By this time I had to board my flight home. What does this have to do with the Evans store? When I landed, I drove straight to the Verizon store, explained what was going on to Eric and LITERALLY within 10 minutes I had a new SIM card, a functioning iPad and was back in my vehicle headed home. He was very friendly, helpful and LISTENED! Give that man a raise!”

“Rickey at Verizon provided an outstanding experience from the moment we walking into the store to the time we departed. He is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of technology (new phones, hot spot, etc. and made our entire upgrade process smooth and easy. We upgraded two phones to the iPhone 17 Pro Max and one phone to the iPhone 17 Pro, and Rickey explained everything clearly from start to finish. His positive attitude, professionalism, and patience truly stood out. Excellent customer service, takes the time to explain details and a great overall experience — highly recommend working with Rickey! Everyone needs to ask for Rickey once you walk into the store. ?????”

“I have called 2x to the main Xfinity # in relation to the passing of my mother and her account. The first time was a disaster and nothing was accomplished the second time I was assured it was taken care of, the account would remain open and I could just make the payments. A month passed, no bills came and the service was disconnected.

Today went into this local branch and was politely met by Elijah. He listened, was kind, and quickly went into action to help me solve the issues. He helped me set up and navigate the account and I was in and out in under 20 minutes. If you need exceptional, knowledgeable customer service, ask for Elijah!”
