“Have a clean, good quality, and variety of selections. I spotted some Princess Polly and Lululemon. Every worker I encountered or interacted with was so nice and helpful! The store offers a military discount.”

“As Aaron mentioned previously, this is a bank, not a storefront. However, the Goodwill truck is onsite over the weekends, Saturday and Sunday, to accept donations. I normally see them around lunchtime through early evening/late afternoon.”

“Explain their process of accepting items being my first time there! Very friendly and professional! Saw some items I like and will tell others about this establishment!”

“It's a shame and a crime that the city of Augusta blames Mercy Ministries for homelessness in the city. There is the claim that if Mercy Ministries did not exist there would be no homelessness in Augusta. How disingenuous and cynical.”

“Love this thrift store I find great items! But the way the pricing is written on some items ruins the item, which is a bummer especially when I’m trying to gift an item and the price is on there because won’t come out. Also I found great books there that were a collectors book and the price was written on the front with sharpie and it ruined the book cover I tried to get it out but the book cover is ruined sadly and I bought it from the boutique side which I paid more for the book since i purchased it over there. Great thrift store other than that! Staff is nice”

“Love the people. The inventory changes often so if I don't find it on Tuesday wait a few days and try again. My ONLY issue is this store charges a surcharge to use both credit/debit cards. Under GA law It's a legal charge for credit cards. However, it's not legal to charge for debit or prepaid cards. Look it up and please stop this practice. Thank you”

“I ventured here and found some great glass items, bottles and containers for under $5.00. They have some cool items for your hom, doors, appliances, light fixtures etc.. You can also bring items to donate by going around the back of the store and they will give you a donation receipt for tax purposes. Just a reminder they are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, so double check before going.”

“Went to Mema had one this weekend, this is my new place to go. This little store is a gem, I stayed for hours, the staff is so nice and helpful and the prices are good.”

“Since opening it’s been a nice store, but lately prices have been not as good, which happens, but seems like not everyone has to pay the same price, also younger employees just sit on the furniture or have people hanging out in there. Really hope it doesn’t go down hill.”

“I love the Goodwill & stores like that. You never know what you will find when you come by!Be prepared for some smells sometimes. Smells like old clothes now and again. The pricing system is (to me) somewhat confusing with all the colors, days-of-the-week specials, etc. ad nauseum, but its fun, and it's *generally* cheaper than buying big brand or name brand stores.DO be aware that those prices vary, and not according to any logic that I know of. Sometimes the prices are "outrageous" for the item presented; other times its a bit of a deal, or a big one - a "steal". I've gotten steel flowers that retail in the $18-20 range for $2.50 a pop . . . and then again I've seen new stuff with the price attached from its former owner, and the G/W store price is higher. Be smart. :DThe primary product seems to be clothes . . . endless clothes, but its a good deal. A great deal, actually. You can pick up some military camo stuff (real) due to its proximity to Fort Gordon, plus shoes, kiddy stuff, etc.In that respect its a bit like a Fleamarket - but always fun to go to.”

“I came to Goodwill on peach orchard road in Miss. Georgia did the best job of making sure I had everything that I need all the way from my shirt to my tie to the sides to the jackets. She has me ready for my date night. I love her. You guys did a wonderful job. Keep on going and keep her”

“The Goodwill in Augusta (close to the Burn Center) is the best one I've ever been to. I live in Jackson County. Ga and have been to almost every Good will in North GA. None of them can compare to the Augusta goodwill. The way it is set up is very appealing, and has HUGE selection of Christmas decorations.”

“I like to go for work clothes. Its a hit or miss. You know
My biggest thing is the stuff they keep in the back. I was donating and saw a ton of things that if put out would sell. Isn't the onjest to make money. It must be being saved for employees I guess.”
