“This is an update to a previous review which I deleted because I was unfair in it. They were super busy that day and honestly I had alot of stuff. I called this morning and they let me know my merchandise was still there waiting for me I was relieved and so happy. I had managed to score some great things for my Grandsons collection and was worried they were giving away with the next sale. Their store is super clean and the ladies are sweet and it smells nice too.”

“I found this store by accident because I was in the area and saw the sign, so I decided to check it out.
I was so impressed by how well-kept and organised the store is. Everything is grouped together to locate sizes easily. The prices are very affordable, and they buy clothing, not to mention deals and specials.
I'll definitely be back to do some more shopping!”

“Love the people. The inventory changes often so if I don't find it on Tuesday wait a few days and try again. My ONLY issue is this store charges a surcharge to use both credit/debit cards. Under GA law It's a legal charge for credit cards. However, it's not legal to charge for debit or prepaid cards. Look it up and please stop this practice. Thank you”
“It's a shame and a crime that the city of Augusta blames Mercy Ministries for homelessness in the city. There is the claim that if Mercy Ministries did not exist there would be no homelessness in Augusta. How disingenuous and cynical.”

“I ventured here and found some great glass items, bottles and containers for under $5.00. They have some cool items for your hom, doors, appliances, light fixtures etc.. You can also bring items to donate by going around the back of the store and they will give you a donation receipt for tax purposes. Just a reminder they are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, so double check before going.”

“Since opening it’s been a nice store, but lately prices have been not as good, which happens, but seems like not everyone has to pay the same price, also younger employees just sit on the furniture or have people hanging out in there. Really hope it doesn’t go down hill.”

“Recently while visiting the Augusta area, I thought of this place to bring a group of friends, especially as one is a mother always trying to find children's clothes. We had a good experience, and my friend found some really good deals, and I found a few girls' dresses for another friend. This Goodwill is clean and organized with a good selection. No smell whatsoever. The only thing different this time was the discounted tag was not displayed openly. There was an announcement but only once the whole time we were there. The cashiers were helpful - no attitudes.”

“The Goodwill in Augusta (close to the Burn Center) is the best one I've ever been to. I live in Jackson County. Ga and have been to almost every Good will in North GA. None of them can compare to the Augusta goodwill. The way it is set up is very appealing, and has HUGE selection of Christmas decorations.”
“While making a donation to the Peach Orchard Rd Goodwill, a bag was given by mistake. The next day I called on the off chance I might recover it. A lady by the name of Terri,(didn't get the last name), explained that due to so many donations coming in since my drop off, it would possibly be difficult to find. Before long she was able to find one of the items I told her of. I thanked her and told her not to waste time looking for the rest. When I went into the Peach Orchard Rd Store, to pick up the item she found, Ms Terri came out (smiling), with my bag and everything I told her I remembered being in the bag!! She took time out of , I'm sure her busy day to continue looking for that bag. She went out of her way to show kindness and compassion, and GOODWILL.”

“The staff is very friendly and the process are also really reasonable. It's a really large facility, despite how small it appears from the exterior. The staff keeps it really clean and organized which makes it easy to shop. I've donated and shipped here and have had a positive experience each time.”
