“I got a car from here back in 2022 I believe. i only had $500 and a insurance policy to my name.fast forward >>>> I have 7 months left til pay off.the car has never put me down on the side of the road we've had our moments but it's never given up lol 249k miles on the dash still a daily driver. original engine and trans thanks to all 4 of my mechanic's lol .I still love it all though they did up my payments for liability insurance buuuttt if you knew my insurance rates it's still a W lol take care of your car it will take care of you,as far as payments go. I have asked for extentions here and there and they were granted when they !!COULD!! accommodate. I never had a issue with payments dept. They've always been nice to me But I guess I never been on their bad side??.... ummyeah....

He found multiple ways for us to save money and he didn’t have to . I appreciate his 50 years of knowledge on moving. He gave us tips and the entire process we were in and out in 10 minutes. He knows what he’s doing. He’s kind. He considerate of trying to help save during the move . I would highly recommend him or this store for any moving service.”
“I came in to rent a truck to haul my brand new rims and tires to put on my Bmw 535i xdrive they told me they didn't have one even though the app said this location was the only location with a small truck but no problem I just wanted to accomplish my mission so they said they had a van even though they didn't have what I wanted they still accommodated me and the mission could go foward and plus the employee was friendly and respectful and even laughed at my jokes lol finally I accomplished the mission returned the van everything was a breeze so they earned my business just by being respectful, polite and providing good service it's rare these day so when I experience it I got to let it be known that there are still good people on this planet.”

“Very friendly, but overworked people. I stopped in a day early toget my vehicle checked out and to verify that a trailer was going to be available the next day for pickup. At that time I noticed the trailer was covered with red clay mud on the outside. This was not removed by the time I picked it up.”
“I had such a pleasant experience at this place. The customer service was excellent. We were greeted right outside the front door. The rental setup didn't take long at all and all of our questions were answered. It was nice to get a ride on the golf cart instead of walking all the way in the back where the trucks were. Not only was everyone courteous but they were genuine about their customer service. I'll gladly rent a truck from here again. Best experience I've had with getting a rental truck and I'd highly recommend them to anyone else.”
“This is a Penske agent location where people are able to call for quotes, to make reservations, and to pick trucks up and return their truck rentals. This is in fact a storage location, but I work here and personally do everything I possibly can to take care of both my storage customers and Penske customers.
