“Drivers delivering or picking up U Boxes: I-520 to Dean's Bridge Rd exit and go north inside the loop. Stay in the right lane. Go about 3 miles. Cross Hwy 78. McDonalds is on the right. T/R into the second driveway after McDonald's and go clockwise behind UHAUL. You'll see the single dock by the wall at the corner of the building. Open doors. Back in. Set brakes. Get BOL #. “I had such a pleasant experience at this place. The customer service was excellent. We were greeted right outside the front door. The rental setup didn't take long at all and all of our questions were answered. It was nice to get a ride on the golf cart instead of walking all the way in the back where the trucks were. Not only was everyone courteous but they were genuine about their customer service. I'll gladly rent a truck from here again. Best experience I've had with getting a rental truck and I'd highly recommend them to anyone else.”

“Very friendly, but overworked people. I stopped in a day early toget my vehicle checked out and to verify that a trailer was going to be available the next day for pickup. At that time I noticed the trailer was covered with red clay mud on the outside. This was not removed by the time I picked it up.”

“We moved from out of state and used 2 UHaul Uboxes for our household goods because they were more reasonable than PODS. Our experience with UHaul was 5 Star - both at the pick up location and the destination in Aiken.They arrived ahead of schedule in Augusta - the Call Center informed us right away. (I inserted AirTags in each box so I saw when they arrived - good tip). Salome, the delivery driver from Augusta, was on time, efficient and placed them exactly as I requested. She picked up the empty boxes sooner than scheduled per our request. What a great experience!”

“Lawrence is a stand up guy. I initially had some issues with a UHaul order when the requested truck was never available for pickup at the Wheeler Rd outlet. I was there, the truck was there, but only then was I told it was down for service. I returned to the Washington Road UHaul and dealt direct with Lawrence who set up a rental the same afternoon. I'd recommend this location anytime.”
