“Never, never, NEVER going to the big box store for paint again. This is the place where someone will actually HELP with paint selections. There’s a table and some chairs to sit and go through colors. They’ll show larger paint chips. You can walk outside with them to view in natural light, which is a must to get a better impression of the undertones.They keep a record of purchases, so if you need the same color next month or next year, they have it!”

“Exceptional customer service! I went to Lowe’s because I ordered four bags of mulch when I got there Parker gently put the mulch in my trunk. I stated to him that I don’t think I need all of those bags. I’m only going to get two, with a smile, he suggested that I should keep them, because you never know with mulch. I returned the bags anyway and guess what he was right so I came back to Lowes and I was greeted by Darius at the front door with a welcoming smile, I told him the story and he was able to get Justin to assist me with getting the additional mulch. Justin was very kind. This is my first time at this location and it will not be my last. customer service and a welcoming smile is everything To the customer . Keep up the great work!”

“I purchased Bona Intense Seal and Bona Traffic HD Anti slip. Even with a slight shipping charge, it was the best price I could find. It arrived in a week coming from Georgia to Washington State. I used the anti-slip on my stairs project and am very happy with the results. The anti slip finish is perfect for hardwood stairs. It has the perfect amount of “grip” without feeling too rough.
