“I've never had a friendlier experience in a store and I was in there a total of three minutes. From being greeted in the parking lot, to five people being available to help, to being checked out with the biggest smile. I will be going out of my way to come to this Ace hardware now... not to mention there's so much parking behind the store.”

“First time experience with Highland Woodworking. I ordered three hand planes, two of which arrived in perfect shape. Unfortunately the third took an impact in shipping and sustained damage to its sides. The staff at Highland immediately shipped out a replacement with a return label. Super friendly service and very quick to rectify issues. I will be using this store in future.”

“The BEST customer service in South and Metro Atlanta - they always have someone available at the counter and on the phone to take an order or give a quote. Their inventory and pricing are competitive. They have bailed us out after hours and on the weekends with deliveries and helped coordinate when we have been out of state with other Winsupply locations. Luke and the team at this Fairburn location are above and beyond the competition. We drive a little further for a lot greater service and worth it! “I placed an order, very reasonably priced product. Was notified it had shipped and would require a signature to be delivered. Jumped through all the hoops for UPS to leave it without me being at home. UPS left a sticky note saying they couldn't leave it without someone to sign. Called GA, spoke to a nice gentleman who explained that they do required signature to cover badly handled packages. He said they would reach out to UPS to help make sure my box got delivered, and it did with no further delays a couple hours later. Will order from them in the future, exceptional customer service.”

“This post is a couple of weeks overdue. I went to Home Depot on Mt Zion to pick up a 100 ft extension cord that I had found on the app. The app said there was 58 at the store but when I got there the shelf was empty. An employee by the name of Malcolm was extremely helpful in listening to my dilemma and solved the problem by finding the cords. This is the kind of service that keeps me coming back to Home Depot.”

“While I was frolicking around the plaza, this store lured me in. It was the chandeliers and pendants that caught my eye. Upon entering I was greeted by the sweetest employees Parker and Kevin! I will be completely honest, I did not intend to make a purchase but just to browse around and kill time. They were both so welcoming! Parker had a wonderful smile and Kevin educated me on the history of the company and the fixtures. It was a pleasant experience! This is a 5 star rating for my two new friends! ♥”
