Unfortunately the third took an impact in shipping and sustained damage to its sides. The staff at Highland immediately shipped out a replacement with a return label. Their inventory and pricing are competitive. They have bailed us out after hours and on the weekends with deliveries and helped coordinate when we have been out of state with other Winsupply locations. “wish i could give yall more stars man, they had everything i needed, been riding around all day yesterday looking for a 3/4 x 1/2 reducer for my air compressor, couldnt find it till a friend told me to come here.i half assed told him what i needed and he automatically knew what i was talking about. i forgot my teflon tape and without even asking him he threw it in for free before i walked out the door, i hooked up everything right outside in the parking lot. ima customer for life. really appreciate yall man”
“I placed an order, very reasonably priced product. Was notified it had shipped and would require a signature to be delivered. Jumped through all the hoops for UPS to leave it without me being at home. UPS left a sticky note saying they couldn't leave it without someone to sign. Called GA, spoke to a nice gentleman who explained that they do required signature to cover badly handled packages. He said they would reach out to UPS to help make sure my box got delivered, and it did with no further delays a couple hours later. Will order from them in the future, exceptional customer service.”

“This post is a couple of weeks overdue. I went to Home Depot on Mt Zion to pick up a 100 ft extension cord that I had found on the app. The app said there was 58 at the store but when I got there the shelf was empty. An employee by the name of Malcolm was extremely helpful in listening to my dilemma and solved the problem by finding the cords. This is the kind of service that keeps me coming back to Home Depot.”

“While I was frolicking around the plaza, this store lured me in. It was the chandeliers and pendants that caught my eye. Upon entering I was greeted by the sweetest employees Parker and Kevin! I will be completely honest, I did not intend to make a purchase but just to browse around and kill time. They were both so welcoming!
