“The BEST customer service in South and Metro Atlanta - they always have someone available at the counter and on the phone to take an order or give a quote. Their inventory and pricing are competitive. They have bailed us out after hours and on the weekends with deliveries and helped coordinate when we have been out of state with other Winsupply locations. Luke and the team at this Fairburn location are above and beyond the competition. We drive a little further for a lot greater service and worth it! “Fast and efficient shipping. My only complaint is that the stair noses and trim pieces were not packaged strongly enough, and suffered some minor damage during transport. Otherwise, good prices and friendly, helpful staff!”

“This store is extraordinarily helpful - and today Matt on the team figured out a variety of permutations to fasten some funky chairs back together again after a raucous gathering of friends. The red and blue chairs are once again inhabitable with no chance of collapse or danger of tetanus shot requirements. Much appreciated! This ACE rules!”

“Love our local shop, literally right up the street from home. Sadly this time they didn't have the part I needed, but the whole staff were great in recommending another solution. It's always a great experience here; reminds me of my Grandpa taking me with him to the shop when I was little. If you're in our neck of the woods, stop by!”

“Never, never, NEVER going to the big box store for paint again. This is the place where someone will actually HELP with paint selections. There’s a table and some chairs to sit and go through colors. They’ll show larger paint chips. You can walk outside with them to view in natural light, which is a must to get a better impression of the undertones. They keep a record of purchases, so if you need the same color next month or next year, they have it!”

“I love this store. Friendly staff. I have had help trying to figure out exactly what I need. Keep in mind, there isn't an employee waiting at each aisle to assist But when I need help I can always get it. The store is huge so I can't expect every employee to know exactly where everything is. I will often check store inventory before heading to the store. Inventory and location of the product is listed with the product on line.”

“Huge improvement. I’ve been going to this Lowe’s for years. I used to dread it because the staff was never available or much help of you could find one. About a year ago it became clear that it was under new management. Now the shelves are well stocked, merchandise is correctly priced, and the staff is kind, helpful, and see to actually enjoy working there.”
