“I’ve been letting AJ do my taxes for the last 3 years and today I was excited to go in his office and talk about life and different things while I gave him my tax information. But sadly I saw a note on his door stating that MR AJ has passed away. I’m very hurt and saddened to see this news today. Me and my wife will definitely miss you Aj ?”

“Friendly staff always smiling and nice, polite, quick. The last time I was in there she mentioned that the place was open for shipping on Sunday, not just the po boxes. Thought great, have to remember that, as busy as things get. Location is easy to find and conveniently located next to restaurants, retails shops and grocery store (do it all in one stop) what more could you ask for? Check out the service for yourself the next time you need shipping or a po box. Oh I forgot to mention they take Amazon returns there as well! Super plus ?????♀️??”

“I highly recommend Tri-Copy Office Equipment to anyone in need of managed print services! Our consultant, Cash, has been an absolute pleasure to work with! He walked us through the process of switching from another company and was very knowledgeable about the process as well as Tri-Copy's products and services. I've been very impressed with Derek and all the staff there - it's evident that they all truly care about their customers and they do their best to provide top notch service.”

“Ms. Carter is truly a gem to this location. I’ve never had a bad or negative experience with her. She’s had some associates who were not csf however, they are no longer around as I can see. I am going to miss this location so dearly, she’s the best example of leadership in a small location (big) establishment. She’s always greeting people and hold conversations, thank you for your wait if the line is long and moves swiftly to accommodate customers. Never a negative experience with her around not with me. Sandtown has the best UPS store ever. Shout out to Ms Carter and all of her hard work and dedication to the south Fulton community”

“Visited here to receive a fax after days of receiving the run around at some of those big name places and had literally just left one. I called before coming and the person that answered was knowledgeable & patient. When I arrived, Alan took great care of me! My service was fast, reliable, and easy. The place was really clean, parking was accessible, and they offer a variety of services. Looking forward to doing business with them again!”

“We’ve worked with Ronda and David on many printing projects with great satisfaction. Although one can go online for business cards and assorted other items, we prefer the personal service of a local, family run business.”

“I've been to this ups store location a few times and what I appreciate most is that it's never crowded. I've been to other locations in the area and there's often a line, sometimes 15 people deep, doing multiple returns, shippings, notary services, etc. This one is always a quick in and out. They also have a self service station off to the side for you to do your own Amazon returns. The process is simple and easy. This locally owned and operated store is open 7 days a week for your printing, faxing, scanning, shipping, shredding, notary, or mailbox services.”

“Cleanest and friendliest UPS store experience within a 10 mile radius. Glad I looked up by zip versus going to the location of habit. Staff of 3 young ladies were very nice, friendly, attentive and fast. If in need of a notary they offer it as a service outside of shipping/returns.”

“Just had a wonderful experience with Jina!!! She was so personable and kind. She had a long line but she was so patient, pleasant and perfect. She made sure everyone was in the correct line, she made sure she told everyone she would be right with them and she still had time to ensure her customer in front of her was not rushed. I've worked retail previously so I know retail is HARD but Jina makes it look so easy. Way to go Jina with a J!!!”

“I arrived at the UPS store. It was very busy. There was a lot of about eight people ahead of me while I was standing in line and associate came down the line and greeted everyone. And stated that we would be help shortly and thank us for our patience. I was in the store a total of nine minutes the associate that helped me was polite, helpful, and efficient. This is something that I do not often receive in the area that I live, which is excellent customer service and efficiency as my time is very important as a small business owner.”
