“Friendly staff always smiling and nice, polite, quick. The last time I was in there she mentioned that the place was open for shipping on Sunday, not just the po boxes. Thought great, have to remember that, as busy as things get. Location is easy to find and conveniently located next to restaurants, retails shops and grocery store (do it all in one stop) what more could you ask for? Check out the service for yourself the next time you need shipping or a po box. Oh I forgot to mention they take Amazon returns there as well! Super plus ?????♀️??”

“Cleanest and friendliest UPS store experience within a 10 mile radius. Glad I looked up by zip versus going to the location of habit. Staff of 3 young ladies were very nice, friendly, attentive and fast. If in need of a notary they offer it as a service outside of shipping/returns.”

“Incredibly helpful and friendly people. In a place like this, that’s rare! In watched the worker help an older man trying to figure out how to scan and send documents. Even though there was a line she got out from behind the counter with a friendly attitude and helped him complete his task. It stops out to me bc most people would at least make this man feel a certain way for needing help when there are people waiting.”
“I don't know about these comments that are in this post, but sounds like a lot of them are for another building or company because I've been here for 22 years and I've never seen none of the stuff you're talking about
Most people like coming here, they're not perfect. But most of these one star comments you must have went to another building. Especially somebody talking about ringing a doorbell. There are no doorbells over here for dropping a package and leaving. If you waited 6 hours here to get loaded, you need to talk to your broker, because they probably sent you here too early and the freight was not here yet. Don't blame it on DHL.”

I’ve had the pleasure of being helped by her in the past and she’s always delightful. Overall, the USPS has its issues but it’s not the fault of customer facing staff.”
