“The truck driver went above and beyond his duty in wheeling my delivery to the house. He had to drag my gun safe at least 150 yards up a gravel driveway from the dirt road where he had to park in order to place it on the concrete pad by my shop. I wasn’t home at the time so couldn’t assist him. I asked my wife if he seemed upset after completing the journey. She said “ no , he had no complaints at all and was very pleasant throughout the entire experience”. This guy needs a raise as far as I’m concerned.”
“Darius and Keisha at UPS Old National Hwy at Ace Hardware in College Park, Georgia we're extremely kind and helpful. I forgot my glasses and Darius read everything to me. This store has an excellent staff from the greeter, to the notary I used, to the UPS Store attendants. I will use this store again, even though there's a store closer, just because they're so helpful and good at their jobs.”

“Employees are very friendly and they always have me in and out! The few times I've been i noticed that they don't do the scanning of the QR code for returning packages (like Amazon QR codes to return) but if you email them the postage they'll print it off for you for a small fee. Good business overall. I love going here when I want to be in and out.”

The mail service is friendly and flexible in it's multitude of options from collecting mail, notary, making copies, or purchasing small office items, snacks, beverages, or purchasing local vendor products. “This is by far THE BEST FedEx location I've ever utilized. I'd like to particularly thank Ms Marionah for her exceptional professionalism, kindness, and world class customers service. I came in literally with 2 pick-up truck loads of packages to get shipped to California. Ms. Marionah took care of the transactions with what can only be described as fantastic, in every respect.

“Location appears very secure, which is very helpful, especially for female workers getting off at night. Security was very helpful in assisting me with entering the facility for my interview. Clean and accomadating waiting room, with a very advanced system for checking in. Mr. Damon was courteous and respectful conducting my interview. Can't wait to start working for this establishment.”

“I love this ups store! I think the staff is great and the policies are very understandable. People often complain about having to pay for things like tape or packaging, but this is a business! Of course these things are going to be extra! This store is always busy and I think they do a great job of keeping things under control and efficient.”
“I’ve been to this location for minor things like stamps and shipping and have never experienced a problem. I signed up for a PO Box today and Ms. Gholston (sp) was so sweet. I’ve had the pleasure of being helped by her in the past and she’s always delightful. Overall, the USPS has its issues but it’s not the fault of customer facing staff.”
