“John came out on very short notice to check our HVAC unit out, was very honest about what should be done and came back out with his team 2 days later to get our unit replaced. Very professional job. He explained every step to us and showed us what our old unit looked like. Highly recommend John and his team. I will always give John a call first when I have any HVAC issues.”
“Nan was awesome to work with we went in looking for washing machine ended up finding one brand new in a box she made the process so simple and we liked her so much we went back one week later and bought a brand new stove straight out of the box she called us as soon as it came in went the extra mile to send us pics and the price was amazing can beat the service or the prices especially the brand new items. “Joshua, was great. Sears overall is a problem. Joshua was the fourth visit I've had from technicians. He was scheduled after I left a 9-5 window open last week which, after waiting all day, was cancelled by Sears around 3pm. I was never able to get to a human on the phone to rescheduled or address the cancelation. This is unacceptable. I did not pay for a home appliance warranty to only speak to AI. Naming her Samantha is so insulting, there is no need to humanize a non human experience. I will rethink my Sears Home warranty renewal for any company that will prioritize human beings. I thought Joshua was sent to address escalation of my leaking dishwasher to a resolution. I was informed that after four visits yet another tech needs to come out to address the issue and even then it will not be to repair or replace the dishwasher. This lengthy process might be acceptable if I was able to speak to a human being about what all is involved, I was informed that there are no humans to speak to. This is the bad place.”
“The ability to get wood cut to length is great. Good supplies and was able to make some cool art for my place from home depot. One 1.5 pressed wood veneer sheet cut to size by their helpful team.”
