You can tell the lack of air conditioning is really taxing on the staff, yet they still delivered excellent customer service. I was told to be prepared before I entered, but, that level of dedication deserves recognition. I truly hope corporate sees how hard these gentlemen work and gets them the A/C they need and deserve.

“John came out on very short notice to check our HVAC unit out, was very honest about what should be done and came back out with his team 2 days later to get our unit replaced. Very professional job. He explained every step to us and showed us what our old unit looked like. Highly recommend John and his team. I will always give John a call first when I have any HVAC issues.”

“Joshua, was great. Sears overall is a problem. Joshua was the fourth visit I've had from technicians. He was scheduled after I left a 9-5 window open last week which, after waiting all day, was cancelled by Sears around 3pm. I was never able to get to a human on the phone to rescheduled or address the cancelation. This is unacceptable. I did not pay for a home appliance warranty to only speak to AI. Naming her Samantha is so insulting, there is no need to humanize a non human experience. I will rethink my Sears Home warranty renewal for any company that will prioritize human beings. I thought Joshua was sent to address escalation of my leaking dishwasher to a resolution. I was informed that after four visits yet another tech needs to come out to address the issue and even then it will not be to repair or replace the dishwasher. This lengthy process might be acceptable if I was able to speak to a human being about what all is involved, I was informed that there are no humans to speak to. This is the bad place.”

I went to Home Depot on Mt Zion to pick up a 100 ft extension cord that I had found on the app. The app said there was 58 at the store but when I got there the shelf was empty. An employee by the name of Malcolm was extremely helpful in listening to my dilemma and solved the problem by finding the cords. This is the kind of service that keeps me coming back to Home Depot.”

“I went a few months ago on a Tuesday. I enjoyed my experience. I got an item for $2 that I know for sure cost 20 something on Amazon. I read some of the other reviews and just wanted to add my 2 cents... its a bin deal place, who expects to purchase big ticket items for 50 cent or 2 dollars, its not that kind of store, stick to the bins and you will be alright ?? this store is like a yard sale/thrift store vibe, not a Macy's/JCPENNY/Belks...I am def going back”

“Have bought a used water heater 4yrs ago and it is still working great and bought a refrigerator 2yrs ago and it is still working great also and 12yrs ago I bought a washer and dryer and it also lasted 4yrs with me and I resold them for the same price I paid and they had them for 5 more years and then gave them away to a family member of theirs. Best used appliance store I have been to and will continue to shop there”

“I went to Home Depot to see if did Lawn Mower Tune-Ups. Also to get a wooden Mailbox Post. They stopped doing Tune Ups 1 year ago. But the gave me info on Tune Up shops in the area. The wooden mailbox post. They had 18 in the system, but they couldn't locate them anywhere in the store. They referred me to another Home Depot. The employees Customer Service was very Respectful and Helpful. 😊”
