“I was serviced by Eric Santiago on May 29th and he was absolutely incredible. He was very patient with my father who was unfamiliar with the T-Mobile app, and gave use practical and helpful advice on how to maximize our T-Mobile experience. On top of all this he was also helping other customers in a professional and efficient manner. Definitely was my best visit to T-Mobile ever. Thank you Eric!”

“Customer service was having a hard time assisting me over the phone and told me the best option would be to go into my nearest store. I went in and I’m so glad I did! Trinity was determined to help me resolve my issue no matter how long it took and she did just that! She was so kind, personable and knowledgeable about how she could help. I’m so blessed to have gone in and be helped by her. Thanks Trinity!”

“I'd give a 5 star! But Carrie possibly register (6) on 07/20/2024 was rude. Wasn't pleasant and she seamed like she didn't want to be at work and was beyond ready to clock off. Didn't make me feel welcomed at all.”
