“If you're ever having a problem with your Verizon phone just go directly to a Corporate Verizon store. After visiting an "authorized dealer" with a Verizon store sign I was unable to receive help. However at this location, Missy was prompt, professional and thorough. I walked out with a working phone, and though I was patient, she did not take long. Thank you Missy!”
